State-owned enterprises
State-owned enterprises are companies owned by the state. On behalf of the state, each enterprise is overseen by a designated ministry or public institution acting as the shareholder representative. The state, as the owner of these enterprises, aims to generate the greatest possible economic and social benefit for society.
